If a foreigner is legally married to a Thai national, he is eligible to apply this visa. Requirement includes marriage certificate and meeting the financial requirements. Once granted, the foreigner can stay one year in Thailand.

Retirement Visa

This type of visa is applicable for foreigners who wish to retire in Thailand, and is more than 50 years old at the time of application. This would grant the applicant 1 year uninterrupted stay in Thailand.
